These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and WealthPilot (“WealthPilot,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of the WealthPilot website, applications, and services (together, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

WealthPilot is an informational and educational platform that aggregates and summarizes financial information such as bank bonuses, credit card offers, cashback, and stock-market news. The Service is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, tax, legal, or other professional advice. We are not a bank, lender, broker-dealer, investment adviser, or insurance provider, and we do not offer accounts, execute transactions, or provide personalized recommendations.

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and accept responsibility for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to misuse the Service. The Service links to and summarizes offers and content from third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party websites, products, rates, or terms. Offers and rates change frequently and may differ from what is shown on the Service. Always review the provider’s official terms before applying for or purchasing any product.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, or error-free. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WealthPilot and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WealthPilot and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

We may modify or discontinue the Service, and we may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
