This Privacy Policy explains how WealthPilot (“WealthPilot,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the WealthPilot website and services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

Information you provide. Account details such as your name and email address, preferences (for example, digest and alert settings), and any messages you send us.

Information collected automatically. Usage data, device and browser information, IP address, and similar technical data collected through cookies and similar technologies.

Information from third parties. If you sign in through a third-party authentication provider, we may receive basic profile information from that provider.

We use information to operate and improve the Service; create and manage your account; send the email digests, alerts, and notifications you opt into; personalize content; maintain security and prevent abuse; and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us run the Service, under contracts that limit their use of it — for example, our cloud database and authentication provider (Supabase), our email delivery provider (Resend), and our AI provider (Anthropic) for features that generate summaries and research. We may also disclose information to comply with the law or to protect our rights, and in connection with a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

We operate in the United States, and your information may be processed and stored there. By using the Service, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in countries with different data-protection laws than your own.
